Green Bay wide receiver and kick returner Trevor Davis is getting ready to return to action. Davis has been on injured reserve since September 11th. He is expected to take the field again November 15th when the Packers play Seattle. He’s been dealing with an injured hamstring. Davis’ biggest value is as a kick returner. He was third in the N-F-L last season with an average of 12 yards-per-punt return and eighth with an average of almost 23 yards-per-kickoff return. The day after he was released by the Packers, safety Jermaine Whitehead found a home with the Cleveland Browns.
