A man living on the Menominee Indian Reservation has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide in a 2016 killing. Fifty-two-year-old Suzette Langlois was found shot to death in her car, which was parked in the driveway at her home two years ago. Authorities arrested 46-year-old Anthony John Kitchenakow Wednesday. An arrest warrant had been issued in his name. Kitchenakow spent time in a federal prison earlier this year for pulling a knife on a man.
