A longtime Waupaca County Supervisor has died from his injuries he received in a pedestrian-vehicle accident. Jack Penney, 86, Waupaca, was injured in that accident that happened about 1:15 p.m. Sunday, at the corner of Royalton and Harding streets in Waupaca. The driver of the vehicle was 83-year-old Richard Morales, of Waupaca, and was cited for failure to yield for a pedestrian at an uncontrolled intersection. According to police Penney died late Monday afternoon from his injuries. He was a Waupaca County Board Supervisor for 28 years.
