Cliff was born April 1, 1943 in Keshena, a son of the late Clifford D. Madosh, Sr. and Ella Mae Sanapaw. Cliff grew up in Neopit and attended St, Anthony Catholic Grade School and later Antigo High School. He then attended the Professional Truck Driving School in Sun Prairie. In 1964 Clifford was united in marriage to Beverly Turney at St. Anthony Catholic Church.
Clifford was employed at Menominee Tribal Enterprises as a truck driver for 35 years, retiring in 2010. He later married Claudine Waubanascum who preceded him in death in 2005. Following his retirement, he was employed at Menominee Transit. He is a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. Cliff was very family oriented; his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren meant the world to him. He loved his trips to the family lake lot, watching the Packers, spending time in the woods, hunting, fishing, and boxing. He was known as a jokester.
He is survived by his loving children, Clifford (Romilda) Madosh III of Neopit, Sheila Madosh of Neopit, Kerry (Denise) Madosh, Sr. of Keshena, Dion (Rhonda) Madosh, Sr. of the Town of Red Springs, Shandy (Lesley) Madosh of Shawano, Brandon (Staci) Madosh of Keshena, Ramona Madosh of Keshena, Barbara Alegria of Green Bay, Wendall (Candy) Corn, Jr. of Keshena, and Leslie (Amy) Corn of Keshena; his special sons, Anderson Ninham of Cloverleaf Lakes and Brad Beauprey of Green Bay; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is further survived by his brothers, Dareel (Louise) Madosh of Neopit, Wilford Madosh of Neopit, Darwin Madosh, Sr. of Neopit, and Kendall Madosh of Keshena; and his sisters, Cecelia Madosh of Keshena and Melody Summers of Neopit. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Misty Waubanascum, and several brothers and sisters.
A Funeral Mass for Clifford J. Madosh, Jr. will be celebrated on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 11:00 AM at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Neopit. Fr. Joel Jores will be the Celebrant. Interment will be in the St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in Neopit in the spring. Visitation will take place at the Neopit Community Center after 4:00 PM on Friday, March 16, 2018 until the hour of Mass on Monday.
