A 43 count criminal complaint has been filed against an 18 year old Clintonville man. The charges against Alex Skokan include burglary, theft, criminal damage ,arson and more. He’s accused of breaking into cars , homes and garages over a two week period this month. In one frightening case, a 65 year old woman was sleeping in her home on 13th Street in Clintonville when someone touched her hand in the dark. She woke up and saw a stranger, who then ran out of the home.
