Two people have been charged with drug trafficking near the Menominee Indian Reservation. According to authorites, 48-year-old Rosa Madosh and 31-year-old Mark Haney, both from Keshena, are facing allegations of possession with intent to distribute a schedule I controlled substance. According to court documents, there were involved with transporting synthetic cannabinoids to the area from Milwaukee. The two were pulled over in April of 2016 for a traffic stop in Clintonville after information had been gathered by the FBI. Upon searching the vehicle, authorities reportedly discovered 177 grams of synthetic cannabinoids. If convicted, Madosh and Haney face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
