Pulaski and Oshkosh West battled to a 1-1 draw Saturday afternoon in a tightly contested varsity matchup at Oshkosh West High School.
The Red Raiders (7-5-5) and Wildcats (10-5-1) played through a scoreless first half before both teams found the net after halftime. Despite several strong defensive stretches from each side, neither team could break the deadlock late as the match finished even.
Pulaski entered the contest riding strong momentum, unbeaten in its previous four matches, including wins over West De Pere and Notre Dame. Oshkosh West came in equally hot, winning four of its last five matches and posting three straight shutouts before Saturday’s draw.
