Road Closures
OUTAGAMIE COUNTY
Several highways remain closed due to flooding across Outagamie County, prompting multiple detours for drivers.
State Highway 76 is fully closed at County D in Bear Creek. Northbound traffic is being detoured west on County F to County D and then back north to Highway 76, while southbound drivers should follow the reverse route.
Highway 55 is also closed in both directions at Highway 54 in Seymour because of floodwaters. Northbound drivers should take Highway 54 west, then County VV east back to Highway 55. Southbound traffic should use Highway 55 to County VV to Highway 54.
Highway 187 is shut down both ways at County F near Nichols. Southbound traffic is being rerouted east on Highway 156, south on Highway 47, west on Highway 54, and back to Highway 187, with the reverse route for northbound drivers.
In addition, the Oneida Nation reports Highway 54 at Red Willow Parkway is closed near the Oneida Post Office. Water Circle Place is also flooded between Little Bear and the food distribution area, though apartments in the area remain accessible.
WIS 156 is closed in both directions at County Road K because of water over the roadway.
Detour:
- Eastbound: County Road K north → Hwy 29 east → Hwy 47 south → back to WIS 156
- Westbound: Use the same route in reverse.

MARION
- WIS 110 (NB/SB)
Closed from Garfield Ave to NE First Street due to flooding over the roadway.
CLINTONVILLE

MAIN ST (NB/SB)
- Traffic is being detoured due to rising water.
- Southbound: Green Tree R0ad-Hemlock St- 8th Street- back to Main Street
Northbound: 8th Street- Hemlock St- Green Tree Road- back to Main Street.
BIG FALLS
All lanes of WIS 110 are closed in both directions near County Road OO in the Big Falls area because of water over the roadway.
Detour:
- Southbound: County Road OO → County Road O → WIS 22 → back to WIS 110
- Northbound: Use the same route in reverse.
MANAWA
All lanes of WIS 110 near Manawa are currently closed in both directions due to flooding.
The closure, which began around 11:20 a.m. on April 15, is impacting traffic from Cemetery Road to County Highway B, with water reported over the roadway.
Officials say the closure is expected to last more than two hours as conditions are assessed and addressed.
Drivers traveling northbound are being directed to exit at County Highway B and take it east back to WIS 110.
