DYNAMIC DESIGNS

Bruce and Tammy Brzeczkowski, owners of Dynamic Designs, recently opened their doors as part of a Chamber Days experience, offering a behind-the-scenes look at a business built on creativity, adaptation, and connection.

At its core, Dynamic Designs is a marketing company focused on helping businesses look their best and stay consistent across every platform.

That focus on branding consistency is something they emphasize heavily with clients.
But like many small businesses, their story didn’t start with a business plan and a storefront, it started with a simple request and a willingness to figure things out.
Tammy’s background in graphic design helped spark the early beginnings, when a neighbor asked for custom jackets. At the time, Tammy’s mother had a home embroidery machine and offered a solution that would unknowingly launch something much bigger.
Listen to Bruce and Tammy talk about how they took off.
From embroidery, they expanded into screen printing, promotional products, and eventually even services like custom websites, something they say was driven directly by customer needs.

Today, Dynamic Designs continues to expand not just its services, but also its ideas. One of Tammy’s more personal projects is called “100 Cups of Coffee,” a networking journey that blends conversation, community, and storytelling.
Beyond apparel and marketing materials, the Brzeczkowskis also highlighted some of the most in-demand promotional products right now, items that keep brands visible in everyday life.

TWIGS BEVERAGE
Ben, Jake and Diane Hartwig represented Twig’s Beverage.
Twigs Beverage in Shawano has deep roots that stretch back more than 70 years, built on family tradition, reinvention, and a continued passion for bringing people together.
The story begins in 1951 with founder Floyd Hartwig, who first sparked the idea while serving in the Korean War.
Ben Explains
Today, Twigs Beverage continues that legacy while also evolving into something new. Bottle House Antiques opened in July of 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and has grown steadily since.

One of the biggest drivers of that growth is variety, Bottle House Antiques now features roughly 45 vendors inside its space, each offering something different.
Listen to Diane talk about the start.

That rotating inventory has helped turn the business into a destination for repeat visitors.

The Hartwig’s find a spot for their autographs. Some have been here before.
The idea for the business itself came naturally, built from a shared passion.
That passion, combined with a bit of history right across the street, helped shape the vision for what Twigs could become.

General Manager Eric Voight Leads the Tour
While the concept needed time and work to come together, it ultimately filled a gap in the community.
“Shawano hasn’t really had an antique store to speak of,” they said. “We thought it would meet a need in the community, which it has.”
From handcrafted soda beginnings to a thriving antique marketplace, Twigs Beverage is a story of family legacy carried forward, adapted, and still growing today.

For Beilfuss, life insurance in particular carries deep personal meaning, shaped by experience early in her career.
She said that moment reinforced just how critical preparation can be.
Those conversations, she acknowledged, are not always easy, but they are meaningful and necessary.
At the heart of her business is trust and word-of-mouth relationships.
“Referrals are probably the most important thing to me,” she said. “If I can help a current customer’s family or friends, their word that they are able to trust me, that means everything.”
Through Chamber Days, Beilfuss offered a look at an agency built not just on policies and coverage, but on care, connection, and being there when families need it most.
Carrie gave a visual of the importance of life insurance during the broadcast.

ACCUPUNCTURE OF SHAWANO

Raul Beltran of Acupuncture of Shawano shared a story during Chamber Days that blended personal experience, medical curiosity, and a deep commitment to community.
Beltran explained his journey into acupuncture.
What happened next surprised him.
That experience ultimately led him to expand his career and open Acupuncture of Shawano, where he blends occupational therapy and acupuncture to help patients manage pain and improve quality of life.

“Everybody that sits across from me at my clinic, I try to treat like a valued family member,” he said.

Beyond his clinic, Beltran is deeply involved in the Shawano community. He serves on the Chamber of Commerce board and participates in several organizations focused on giving back.
“I love being part of the team. I love contributing,” he said.

He is also a member of 100+ Men Who Care, a group that meets quarterly to pool donations to support local charities and businesses. Beltran is active with the VFW as well, helping support veterans and contributing to the construction of the new VFW facility.
Beltran also played a role in the Hometown Heroes banners that line Main Street, honoring local veterans, an initiative connected to his time in Leadership Shawano.
Through Chamber Days, visitors saw not just a healthcare practice, but a story of personal transformation and a professional mission rooted in service, healing, and community involvement.

SHAWANO FAMILY DENISTRY

Dr. Rebecca Stevens welcomed Chamber Days visitors inside Shawano Family Dentistry with a mission to change how people feel about going to the dentist.
A major highlight of the visit was new technology that’s already transforming patient experiences: a dental laser that can treat some cavities without numbing.

Beyond cavity care, Dr. Stevens also shared how dentistry plays a surprising role in sleep health, especially snoring.
Accessibility is another major focus as the practice prepares for a new building designed to better serve all patients.
“Our new building is going to be very wheelchair friendly,” she said. “We have many patients in wheelchairs, so everything is being designed to help them move around comfortably.”
Dr. Stevens also emphasized the importance of her team, especially during National Dental Hygienist Week.
“We’ve been praising the hygienists all week for everything they do, because everyone in our office is the backbone of who we are,” she said.
One of the biggest messages she hopes patients understand is the connection between oral health and overall health.
For Dr. Stevens, dentistry is about whole-body health, education, and helping patients feel comfortable every step of the way.
And despite being a dentist, she admitted one surprising fact during the visit—she has a serious sweet tooth.
“I have the biggest sweet tooth ever,” she laughed. She also shares what goes through the mind of a dentist below.
