SHAWANO, WI – SAM25 is launching its fundraising season with a series of events aimed at supporting its mission and engaging the community.
Kendra Brusewitz with SAM25 says the organization’s annual Empty Bowls Carrying Hearts initiative will begin with two upcoming bowl painting events. The first is scheduled for March 24, followed by a second opportunity on April 7, with both events taking place at the Shawano Community High School.
Brusewitz says the bowl painting events give community members a hands-on way to contribute while helping raise awareness for the organization’s efforts.
In addition to the spring events, SAM25 will also participate in the Charlie’s County Market Red Barn fundraiser later this year. That event is set for August 24th through the 26th and serves as another key opportunity to support the organization.
SAM25 is also preparing for its annual flower sale, with organizers encouraging volunteers to get involved by reaching out directly to the Shawano-based organization.
