Irish Caroling Brings Community Together in New Dublin

NEW LONDON, WI – St. Patrick’s Week festivities continue in New Dublin today with a tradition that brings both music and community spirit to the forefront.
Anne Stedman of the Shamrock Club of New Dublin says residents are invited to take part in Irish caroling beginning at 4 p.m. “The group will meet at Trinity Terrace before heading out to perform at St. Joseph Residence and the Washington Center.”
Stedman says the event is open to everyone, whether you’re familiar with Irish songs or not. Songbooks will be provided, making it easy for anyone in the community to join in and sing along.
She adds that the caroling event is meant to be a fun and welcoming experience, giving people a chance to connect while spreading St. Patrick’s cheer to local residents.
The Irish caroling is just one of several events taking place throughout the week as New Dublin celebrates its annual St. Patrick’s festivities.
