BONDUEL, WI – It was a full team affair as the Bonduel Bears had 7 different scorers in route to a 82-40 win over the Oconto Blue Devils.
A quick 8-0 run to start the game provided by Jack Zernicke got the Bears out and running and never looked back.
Eight Oconto turnovers were forced in total which led to Bonduel’s defense generating points on the other end thanks to two count the basket fouls by Quinn Wesenberg.
Oconto only had 2 scorers at the break while Bonduel had 5 which led them to a 47-13 halftime lead. That lead would hold for Bonduel as it was the Wesenberg and Ryan Westrich show.
Oconto had 3 new scorers in the 2nd half but it was not enough as Bonduel continued their hot shooting throughout the night.
Oconto was led in scoring by Mason Colvin with 16 and Hayden Petersen with 8.
Bonduel was led by Quinn Wesenberg with 33, Ryan Westrich with 22 and Jack Zernicke with 10.

With the loss, Oconto ends their season at 10-16. Bonduel improved to 22-3 and will advance into Regional Final Saturday.
