SHAWANO, WI – Laughs, memories, and community pride filled the room Thursday night as the Shawano Country Chamber of Commerce celebrated its 100th anniversary at the Menominee Casino Resort.
The evening honored local businesses and community leaders who have made a lasting impact across Shawano County. Stubborn Brothers Brewery was named Business of the Year, while Shawano Family Dentistry earned Service Business of the Year honors. Fresh Face Company received Small Business of the Year recognition.
Individual honors were also presented, with Wendy Crawford named Distinguished Citizen of the Year and Uriah Williams receiving the SAYPRO Young Professional Award.
Following the awards ceremony, guests enjoyed music, food, and a look back at the Chamber’s century of growth and community leadership. Organizers say the milestone celebration not only reflected on the past 100 years but also looked ahead to continued economic development and collaboration throughout Shawano County.
