SHAWANO, WI – Legacy First Realty is continuing to make a strong impact locally through a unique give-back model that reinvests directly into the community.
Megan Lozano-Rodriguez recently joined WTCH’s The Breakfast Club as part of SAYPRO’s spotlight on young professionals, where she highlighted how the company’s program works. Each agent who closes a transaction donates 10 percent of their earnings to a local nonprofit.
Over the past three years, Lozano-Rodriguez says more than $300,000 has stayed right here in Shawano, supporting local organizations and strengthening community initiatives.
She adds that the impact goes beyond financial contributions. Legacy First Realty hosts a quarterly give back celebration where clients and nonprofit representatives meet, helping build relationships and community connections.
At a recent event, $30,000 was distributed to local causes. Lozano-Rodriguez says the gatherings have also inspired clients to become more engaged, with some joining nonprofit boards and taking on leadership roles within the community.
