KESHENA, WI – Public safety officials on the Menominee Reservation are urging residents to remain vigilant after a homemade explosive device detonated Tuesday night, leaving one man seriously injured.
Tribal Police and EMS responded to the scene after receiving multiple reports of loud explosions in the area. Authorities say the incident highlights the severe danger posed by improvised explosive devices, noting that manufacturing explosives is not only illegal under federal law but also puts the entire community at risk.
