GREEN BAY, WI – Packers quarterback Jordan Love has been selected as the team’s nominee for the 2025 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award, the league’s highest recognition for community impact and leadership.
Love’s foundation, Hands of 10ve, has expanded its charitable outreach in Wisconsin and California, including a cleat donation initiative in which he provides a pair of cleats to a youth sports team for every touchdown he scores. In his first season as a starter, Love donated more than 1,300 pairs of cleats to 26 youth teams across the state.
Earlier this week, Love partnered with Dick’s Sporting Goods to surprise local children from Better Days Mentoring with a holiday shopping spree, another effort aimed at giving back to the community.
The winner of the national Walter Payton Award will be announced February 5, ahead of Super Bowl LX.
