Marion/Tigerton Girls Look to Build on Last Season’s Momentum
The Marion/Tigerton High School Boys Basketball Preview Spotlight is presented by Bay Bank with locations in Keshena and Green Bay.
Marion–Tigerton enters the new season after a strong 15–10 campaign and a second-place finish in the CWC North. The co-op lost some scoring, but returns a young, experienced core ready to take another step. Caitlin Keller returns as the primary ball-handler and floor leader, giving the team stability in the backcourt. Senior guards Josie Gueths and Heidi Krueger also return with experience, toughness, and the potential to take on bigger roles. With nine players back, the co-op has depth, improved guard play, and enough familiarity to stay near the top of the league. If new scoring options emerge, such as Sydney Roe inside, and the young forwards continue developing, Marion–Tigerton has the pieces to match or even surpass last year’s win total.
