Bonduel Boys Look to Reload After State Runner-Up Finish

Fresh off a Division 4 state runner-up run, the Bonduel Bears return several key pieces and enter the new season with high expectations. Senior Ryan Westrich, a Western Michigan football commit, anchors the roster and will draw plenty of attention. “He’s that missing piece most teams wish they had,” said head coach Duke Copp. The Bears also bring back standouts Quinn Wesenberg and Carter Moesch, both of whom Copp says made big offseason strides. Bonduel faces a tough schedule and a deep conference, but Copp believes the experience of last year’s postseason run sets the tone. The goal is clear: build from last season, and make another run at the Kohl Center.
