Luxemburg-Casco couldn’t match Bay Port’s efficiency, despite a stronger second quarter that brought them within reach at halftime. Green Bay Preble 59, Freedom 46
Green Bay Preble opened its season with an impressive 59–46 road win over Freedom, using a strong first half to build a lead the Irish couldn’t erase. The Hornets were led by Camille Konkol’s 21 points, while Brooklynn Lucassen added 12 and Gracie Day scored 8 to fuel a balanced offensive attack. Wittenberg-Birnamwood 87, Peshtigo 31
Wittenberg-Birnamwood rolled past Peshtigo 87–31 in a dominant season opener, exploding for 60 first-half points to take full control of the matchup. The Chargers were led by Melaina Granquist, who scored 30 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and added six assists, while Rory Salvesen poured in 28 points with eight rebounds and eight steals. Harper Rogowski also reached double figures with 10 points as Wittenberg-Birnamwood overwhelmed Peshtigo on both ends of the floor. Little Chute opened its season with a strong 56–38 win over Valley Christian, using a big first half to set the tone. The Mustangs were led by Hattie Grishaber, who scored 21 points while also pulling down seven rebounds, and Adalyn Engle, who added 14 points to help Little Chute build a 36–19 halftime lead.
