HORTONVILLE, WI – Bob and Geri’s Black Otter Supper Club in Hortonville has earned a spot on Wisconsin’s Prime Rib Trail, a statewide guide celebrating some of the best places to enjoy this classic cut of beef.
The guide features 16 supper clubs and restaurants across the state known for serving prime rib. The Black Otter is the only stop on the trail in east-central Wisconsin, making it a unique destination for area steak lovers.
The Wisconsin Beef Council created the trail in partnership with Gather Wisconsin to highlight iconic supper clubs and promote culinary tourism.
