Waupaca Foundry Names Jayson Komp as New Vice President of Human Resources

WAUPACA, WI – Waupaca Foundry has announced the appointment of Jayson Komp as its new Vice President of Human Resources.

In his new role, Komp will oversee HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee development, and workplace culture across all of the company’s operations.

Komp brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience to the position. Before joining Waupaca Foundry, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Stanley Black & Decker’s Tools & Outdoor Supply Chain.
