Boys Soccer Area teams got their seasons underway Tuesday night.
Shawano dropped their season opener to Ashwaubenon 4-3.
The Pulaski Red Raiders topped Xavier 2-0 with Walter Wozniak scoring a goal for Pulaski and recording an assist on the night. Jonah Drevs had 6 saves in net, keeping the Hawks off the scoreboard.
The Hortonville Polar Bears shutout the West De Pere Phantoms 1-0. Evan Langkan had the lone goal for Hortonville and Grant Decker had two saves on the night.
The Freedom Irish had luck on their side as they toppled the Winneconne Wolves 5-1 last night.
The Amherst Falcons flew to a quick 3-0 shutout win over Coulee Christian.
The Omro Foxes showed their strength as they shutout Wrightstown 8-0 and Waupaca fell to Lourdes/Valley Christian 2-0.
The Gresham/Bowler Co-Op got shutout by Green Bay NEW Lutheran 8-0.
