Little Falls Dominates Caroline to Claim West Division Title

LITTLE FALLS — The Little Falls Loggers erupted at the plate Sunday, cruising to a 24-1 victory over Caroline to capture the BABA West Division crown.
Little Falls wasted no time, piling on 12 runs in the opening innings and never looking back. Kyle Finger led the offensive outburst with a 3-for-5 performance, belting two home runs and driving in seven runs. Drew Radies added a long ball of his own as part of a 3-for-5 day, while Jenner Gullixon delivered a three-hit game that included a home run and four RBIs.
The Loggers’ lineup proved relentless, with Tanner Ninehaus collecting three hits, including a double, and Sawyer Strebe adding a solo homer. Pitcher Chris Dunn set the tone on the mound, throwing three scoreless innings while striking out three and allowing just two hits.
Caroline’s lone highlight came from Klay Barkow, who doubled in the loss. Braiden Behnke, Mason Breitenfeldt, and Colton Barkow chipped in hits as well.
With the win, Little Falls advances to the BABA Semi-Finals to host Eland.
Clintonville Outlasts Neopit in East Division Final

CLINTONVILLE — In a back-and-forth battle, the Clintonville A’s held off Neopit, 11-8, Sunday to secure the BABA East Division championship.
Clintonville’s bats came alive behind Turner Doornink, who went 3-for-5 with two home runs. Hunter Vollmer added a double among his two hits, while Austin Hoffman, Braxton Ebben, and Jake Van Allen each contributed multi-hit performances.
On the mound, Brock Smejkal earned the win, keeping Neopit’s offense in check late. Neopit, however, pushed Clintonville throughout the afternoon. Mike Pecore blasted a home run in a 2-for-2 effort, while Wendell Waukau doubled twice and went 2-for-3. Anthony Leaman and Dalen Corn each collected two hits, and Mequon Frechette added a pair of knocks.
Jamison Besaw took the loss for Neopit, who couldn’t overcome Clintonville’s power at the plate.
The A’s now advance to the BABA Semi-Finals, where they’ll take on Scandinavia.
Eland Rides Power and Pitching to North Division Title

ELAND — Tyler Nelson powered the Eland offense and pitched his way to victory as the Freelancers beat Birnamwood 4-1 Sunday to claim the BABA North Division crown.
Nelson not only earned the win on the mound but also launched a solo home run to spark the offense. Nic Barnes added a two-hit day, including a home run, while Jacob Ligenza, Lucas Mandich, and Jeremy Jensen each chipped in with hits.
Birnamwood collected eight hits in the loss but couldn’t push runs across against Nelson. Mason Meverden went 3-for-4, while Logan Theix and Carson Meverden combined for four hits. Conner Meverden added one more. Theix took the loss on the hill despite a solid effort.
Scandinavia Cruises Past Plover to Win South-Central Division

SCANDINAVIA — Braden Hunkins powered the Scandinavia Vikings into the BABA Semi-Finals with a monster day at the plate, driving in five runs in a 10-2 victory over Plover on Sunday.
Hunkins went 3-for-4 with a home run, pacing a Vikings lineup that produced 12 hits. Caleb Bembenek added a home run in a two-hit effort, while brothers Logan and Landon Moe each went 2-for-4 with doubles, scoring three runs apiece.
Ben Lee earned the win on the mound for Scandinavia, limiting Plover to just two runs. Kaden Thauer provided the lone spark for Plover offensively, going 2-for-4, while Jackson Fox also collected two hits.
