Shawano police responded to a variety of incidents, ranging from suspicious activity to disturbances and welfare checks.
Early in the morning, officers investigated a report of a red pickup truck circling the parking lot near Dollar Tree and Dunham’s. Later, at Aarrowcast, police were called to issue a no-trespass order related to an upcoming employee separation.
Medical calls kept responders busy, including two ambulance assists before noon and another later at Franklin Park for a woman experiencing diabetic issues.
In the afternoon, Covantage Credit Union reported a customer shattering a bowl in the lobby and verbally confronting staff. At Walmart, police dealt with a man in violation of a no-trespass order. Another call from Kuckuk Park involved a complaint of harassment and threats.
Evening activity included a welfare check at Walmart after someone expressed suicidal thoughts, a bail-jumping arrest at a downtown bar, a reckless driving complaint, and a noise disturbance at Kuckuk Park after hours.
Throughout the day, officers also handled found property, vehicle lockouts, parking issues, and reports of property damage.

Clintonville police responded to a variety of incidents throughout the day Officers conducted several traffic stops during the early morning hours, including on North Main Street, Highway 45 at Hilltop Road, and East 3rd Street.
Two separate calls for animal problems were reported on SSGT Warren Hansen Drive, with officers investigating both cases.
Later in the morning, police assisted with a vehicle lockout and responded to a property damage complaint.
The afternoon brought more traffic enforcement, along with a welfare check and a citizen assist.
No injuries or arrests were reported in the day’s log.
The Shawano County Sheriff’s Office responded to 37 calls for service on Tuesday.
The day began with deputies handling a traffic crash involving an animal on Highway 29 near Valley Road, followed shortly by a report of a wrong-way driver near Porter Road. Several disabled vehicles were reported throughout the day, along with a home alarm in the town of Green Valley.
Deputies picked up a subject on a warrant in Caroline following an anonymous tip about possible drug activity. Other incidents included suspicious activity in Birnamwood, multiple welfare checks, and an animal complaint involving a cow near Tigerton.
In the afternoon, deputies responded to traffic hazards, including a semi losing logs, and assisted with an intoxicated person walking in traffic on Highway 29. They also handled a property damage crash near Pulaski and transported a subject on a warrant from Brown County Jail.
Later in the evening, deputies recovered stolen property in Shawano, investigated suspicious persons behind a business in Birnamwood, and conducted several more welfare checks.
No major injuries were reported, and most incidents were resolved without arrests.
