16 Years Later, Antigo Family Still Seeking Answers in Kayla Berg Disappearance

ANTIGO, WI- Sunday marked 16 years since the disappearance of 15-year-old Kayla Berg from Antigo.
Her mother, Hope Berg, says she hasn’t celebrated a birthday or special milestone with her daughter since 2009 and still longs for answers. Police say Kayla was last seen when a family acquaintance dropped her off at an ex-boyfriend’s home in Wausau, and she never returned. Despite years of investigation, Antigo Police Chief Dan Duley says the case remains unsolved. Authorities urge anyone with information about Kayla’s whereabouts to contact the Antigo Police Department or report tips anonymously.
