Shawano County Man Wanted in Armed Burglaries

SHAWANO COUNTY, WI- Authorities are actively searching for 37-year-old Michael Thorson, who is considered armed and dangerous and wanted in connection with recent burglaries and vehicle thefts in Shawano and Marathon Counties. Thorson also has a felony probation warrant and is known to frequent areas in western Shawano County and eastern Marathon County. A stolen vehicle linked to him was recovered Sunday in the Stockbridge-Munsee area, but he remains at large. He is now believed to be clean shaven with a shaved head.
