CLINTONVILLE, WI- Clintonville’s skies were buzzing with excitement as the community celebrated the launch of a new aviation chapter with a BBQ Fly-In and ribbon-cutting event that drew a crowd of over 200 people, 38 airplanes, and even one friendly yellow lab.
The event marked the chapter’s official debut, made possible through the support of many local partners. Primal Eats served up mouthwatering food, Kwik Trip provided beverages and ice, and the City of Clintonville offered its facility to host the gathering. The Clintonville Chamber of Commerce was also on hand to help cut the ribbon and welcome the aviation group to the community.
Organizers say they were overwhelmed by the turnout and grateful for the support. “It was truly heartwarming to see the aviation community and local residents come together to celebrate,” they said. With such strong community engagement, the new chapter is off to a flying start.
