
Harold J. Fisher, age 91 of Clintonville, passed away Tuesday morning, June 3, 2025 at Care Partners Assisted Living, Clintonville.
Harold Junior Fisher was born on January 24, 1934 in Westboro as the son of the late Harry and Joycee (Lindow) Fisher. He graduated from Clintonville High School in 1952 and was united in marriage to Carol Kubitz on August 28, 1954. The couple were wed at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Clintonville where they were active members the rest of their lives. Harold served in the United States Air Force and following his discharge returned home to his dairy farm which later turned into raising vegetables. Besides farming, Harold kept busy logging, operating his own sawmill, working at Elm Tree Bakery and FWD Seagrave, and spent 18 years driving school bus for the Clintonville School District. In his later years he helped Carol in their greenhouse raising vegetable plants. In his spare time Harold enjoyed listening to polka music and being outdoors hunting, trout fishing, snowmobiling, camping, and cooking maple syrup.

Sons: Kerry (Jean) Fisher & Kevin (Kolleen) Fisher
Grandchildren: Jessica (Rich) Miller, Jodie (Ryon) Kautz, Jeni (Chad Peeters) Schneider, Nicholas (Hailey) Fisher, Max (Tiffany Marvin) Fisher, Michael (Ali) Fisher, Ethan Fisher, Justin (Ann) Fisher, Jacob (Lacy Jolitz) Fisher, Angela (Zach Nogalski) Fisher, Caleb Miller, & Morgan Miller
Great-grandchildren: Sam, Brooklyn, Bryson, Peyton, Sydney, Clara, Leo, Grant, & Braxton.
Sister: Patricia Janke.
Sister-in-law: Janice (Vern) Schroeder
Brothers-in-law: Wayne (Mavis) Kubitz & Dennis Kubitz
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Carol in 2024, a great-grandson Christopher Fisher, and a brother-in-law Robert Janke.
Memorial services will be held at 11AM Friday June 27, 2025 at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Clintonville with Rev. Jason Zobel officiating. Military honors will be conducted by members of the Clintonville American Legion Post #63, VFW Post #664, D.A.V. Chapter 53, and American Legion Auxiliary Unit #63. Inurnment will take place at St. Martin Cemetery in the Town of Larrabee, Waupaca County. Visitation will be held on Friday June 27, 2025 at the church from 9:30 AM until the time of service.
