New London, Hortonville Approve Automatic Fire Mutual Aid Agreement

NEW LONDON, WI- New London’s Common Council has approved an automatic mutual aid agreement with the Hortonville-Hortonia Fire District. Starting now, Hortonville crews will roll to any structure fire in New London, and New London firefighters will cover a designated zone in Hortonville’s district. Fire Chief Mark Wilfuer says this will cut response times, especially on days when his department is shorthanded.
