CLINTONVILLE, WI- Community members are invited to help honor local veterans by placing U.S. flags at their grave markers ahead of Memorial Day.
Volunteers are needed Monday, May 19 at 5 p.m. at Graceland and St. Rose Cemeteries in Clintonville. Members of VFW Post 664 will meet volunteers at Graceland Cemetery near the right middle section of the grounds, where vehicles will be parked.
The effort typically takes about 45 minutes and is a meaningful way to pay tribute to those who served in the U.S. military.
Volunteers of all ages are welcome to participate. Flags will be provided.
