KESHENA, WI- A Keshena man has been sentenced to more than a decade in federal prison after smuggling fentanyl into the Menominee Tribal Jail, resulting in three overdoses — one of them deadly.
On Thursday, 43-year-old Warren Grignon was sentenced to 12 years behind bars for distributing fentanyl to fellow inmates. He had pleaded guilty in February to charges of involuntary manslaughter and distribution of controlled substances.
