COLEMAN, WI- The Coleman Library will remain closed until Monday following an electrical fire that caused smoke damage early Wednesday morning.
Main Street in Coleman was temporarily shut down while emergency crews responded to the scene. The road reopened to traffic around 11 a.m.
Police Chief Adam Bieber confirmed that while the fire was contained, the library did sustain smoke damage.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.
Cleanup and restoration efforts are underway, with the library expected to reopen at the start of next week.
