Joyce G. Tagliapietra, age 81 of Clintonville, passed away on Saturday morning, April 12, 2025 at Care Partners Assisted Living Facility, Fox Crossing.
Joyce Geraldine (Kuehl) Tagliapietra was born April 17, 1943 in Clintonville, daughter to the late Arthur and Stella (Dieck) Kuehl. She attended St. Martin Lutheran School and Graduated from Clintonville High School. Joyce was a wonderful caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved every holiday and made sure to always make her famous pies and cinnamon rolls for us. She was a fantastic cook and made all her meals and pies from scratch with extra love, sometimes a little too much extra when the occasional fruit fly or eyelash made its way into something. Every Easter we would step around trying to not knock over her pepper and tomato plants sitting on the dining room floor getting ready to be planted in her garden. She also was an avid gardener with a green thumb for growing vegetables and her beloved roses. You could always find her in the backyard with a hoe in one hand and a hose in the other. Unless it was a hot summer day, then she would load up the “beach car” with a car load of kids and head to the beach. She not only loved to swim, but also enjoyed bike riding, golfing, bowling, and snowmobiling.
Joyce was always smiling and full of positivity, she loved unconditionally! Always there to lend a hand to anyone in need. She was active at St. Rose by leading the funeral committee for many years, and also volunteered in many other areas of the church, including St. Rose School. She gave generously and never expected anything in return. We have an abundance of wonderful memories that we will carry with us throughout our lives. We will continue to celebrate all holidays as she always did and would want us to continue to do.
