Pamela S. Koeller, age 79 of Cecil passed away Sunday April 6, 2025 at the ThedaCare Medical Center in Appleton.
Pamela Sue Weller was born on February 24, 1946 in Ottumwa, IA as the daughter of the late William and Audrey (Daniels) Weller. As a young girl she moved to the Shawano area where she graduated from Shawano High School with the Class of 1964. Pamela was united in marriage to Richard “Dick” Koeller, Sr. on March 27, 1965 in Shawano. The couple had 3 boys and later divorced. Pamela worked in the office of Wisconsew just north of Shawano and then as a cocktail waitress for NorthStar Casino in Bowler. She moved closer to family in Florida for about 7 years where she worked at Habitat for Humanity prior to moving back to Bonduel. Once back in the area she got her old job back as a cocktail waitress at the casino and more recently moved to her current address in Cecil. Pamela was vibrant, non-stop, and always looking great. She made sure to have her fingernails match her outfit and would never leave the house without her makeup on; including when she left for the hospital this past Friday. She will be remembered for her kindness and her love for her family. Pamela was always baking something for her kids and grandkids, and even made sure their co-workers got a treat every once in a while. She loved being a mom and grandma and that showed in everything she did.
Survivors include:
Her Sons: Richard “Ziggy” (Tracy) Koeller, Jr., Robert (Kathy) Koeller, and Rory (Maggie) Koeller.
