SHAWANO, WI- Cops were on the Dunkin’ Donuts roof and in a dunk tank on Friday to kick off Cop on a Rooftop for Special Olympics.
The Shawano Police Department teamed up with the Shawano Dunkin’ to help raise money. The money collected goes directly to support programming for Special Olympics athletes across the state. Members of law enforcement spent time on the rooftop, in the tank and giving out prizes with donations given.
This event is a collaboration between Dunkin’, Special Olympics Wisconsin, and local law enforcement partners statewide to raise funds for Special Olympics athletes.
