APPLETON, WI- On March 6th, 34-year-old Jeffrey Proski of Seymour was arrested for attempted homicide after a reported disturbance on the 100 block of South Main Street. Seymour Police swiftly responded to the scene, detaining Proski and discovering a seriously injured individual inside the residence. Officers called for emergency rescue, and the victim was promptly transported to a hospital for treatment. Proski is now in custody, facing multiple charges, including Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, Aggravated Battery, Strangulation and Suffocation, False Imprisonment, and Throw or Discharge of a Bodily Fluid at a Public Safety Worker. The Outagamie County Jail is holding Proski, and Seymour Police have stated they will not disclose further details regarding the incident at this time.
