SHAWANO, WI- A special honor was given to a meat processing company in Shawano County. Pingel Processing of Shawano won an honorable mention at the Wisconsin State Fair for its smoked beef. The beef was auctioned off for $1,900 dollars at the Governor’s Blue Ribbon Meat Products Auction. The money benefits the Wisconsin 4H.
