EMBARRASS, WI- Two men were taken into custody in Waupaca County on New Year’s Eve after what was reported as a shooting incident on High Street in Embarrass.
Sheriff Deputies responded to the 300 block of High Street after dispatch received a call shortly after 8 p.m. about a man who was shot.
Deputies located a man who had injuries, but the injuries were not sustained from a gunshot. The 39-year-old man was taken to the hospital.
A 39-year-old male and an 18-year-old male were arrested. No other details were given.
