OSHKOSH, WI- A former teacher in the Kimberly Area School District faces a felony charge of inappropriate conduct. Twenty-four-year-old Brian Brown is being held in the Winnebago County Jail. Kimberly school officials confirm that Brown has been placed on administrative leave. Investigators say his activities involved students from the Winneconne Community School District, where Brown taught before moving on to Kimberly. Officials haven’t specified what the inappropriate conduct was. Winneconne police say additional charges could be filed.
