WASHBURN, WI- A man who is accused of stealing two vehicles and eluding police has been arrested. Seth Genereau was arrested in Bayfield County in the City of Washburn on Thursday after being on the run for more than a week.
Genereau is accused of fighting an 81-year-old man at a Clintonville Citgo and taking his vehicle on Sept. 20.
The Iron County Sheriff’s Office located the stolen vehicle being driven by Genereau near the Wisconsin/Michigan state line. Deputies tried to stop him. The stolen vehicle was found abandoned just outside of Washburn in Bayfield County.
