WAUPACA, WI- The case against a Waupaca County man accused of committing two murders 30 years ago is on hold. Tony Haase is trying to hire an attorney. Haase is charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide in the deaths of Tanna Togstad and Timothy Mumbrue in 1992.
Haase said in Waupaca County Court on Tuesday, that he is still in the process of hiring counsel. Judge Raymond Huber set another status conference for next Tuesday.
Haase is in jail on a $2 million cash bond.
