Wisconsin Offers Scholarship To Canadian Big Man

MADISON, WI- Reports indicate Wisconsin has offered a basketball scholarship to Canadian big man Cyril Martynov.  The six-foot-11, 230-pound post player is playing his high school basketball in New Jersey.  The Badgers have reportedly asked Martynov to consider reclassifying to the recruiting class of 2022 to get him on campus quicker.  He apparently hasn’t decided yet.  Martynov has offers from Arizona State, Boston College, Missouri, and Northwestern, and he has received interest from Marquette, Ohio State, and Oregon State.
