KESHENA, WI- Menominee Tribal police say officers found a man with felony warrants in his name hiding in the Wolf River Sunday. Tribal police and the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic violence report Friday at a bar-and-grill in Keshena. It was reported that the 46-year-old suspect from Omro had left before authorities arrived. Acting on a tip, tribal officers spotted the suspect at about 12:30 a-m Sunday. When his vehicle was disabled by a tire deflation device, the man tried to run away. Officers say he was in the river when they found him. No names have been released.
