NEENAH, WI- (Wisconsin Radio Network) – Neenah police say they have located the owner of the puppies who were found abandoned in a plastic tub Sunday night. The name of the owner was not released and the investigation is ongoing. Seven young dogs were in a tub found on a driveway. They were taken to the Neenah Animal Shelter and aren’t being offered for adoption yet. A spokesperson for the police department calls and tips immediately started pouring in when the information went public. The owner could wind up being cited for a municipal violation, or they could face criminal charges.
