WAUPACA COUNTY, WI- Waupaca County has canceled its slow-no-wake order for part of the Wolf River. Officials say the floodwaters have receded enough downstream of New London. The order had been in place since March 30. A similar order remains in effect for the Wolf River in Outagamie County.
