Republican lawmakers on both the state and federal levels are accusing the Biden administration of seriously harming Wisconsin farmers. Speaking on National Agriculture Day, Congressman Tom Tiffany says Democrats want to expand the definition of what can be considered a wetland under the Clean Water Act. Meanwhile, State Assemblyman Tony Kurtz says fuel costs began rising after Biden halted construction of the Keystone X-L pipeline, which would have carried Canadian tar sands oil through the U-S for export to other countries.
