
Stephanie A. Korth-Shaw, age 53 of Shiocton passed away Thursday, March 10, 2022, at her home.
The former Stephanie Ann Korth was born on July 1, 1968, at New London Hospital to Ronald and Ardys (Bellile) Korth. She grew up in the Hortonville area and graduated from Hortonville High School in 1988. Stephanie worked for close to 10 years at Goodwill in Menasha. She worked for several years in the deli department at Cub Foods in Menasha and then in Appleton; and at Charlie’s County Market in Shawano. Stephanie moved to Clintonville where she was employed for some time at Family Dollar, McDonalds, and Dollar General. She was united in marriage on March 15, 2014, to William B. Shaw at Christus Lutheran Church, Clintonville.
Stephanie was a member of Christus Lutheran Church. She liked decorating her home for the different seasons, winning at games like Yahtzee and Skip-Bo, and playing cards, especially Rummy 500. Stephanie enjoyed reading, cooking, and baking. She made the best banana bread and chocolate chip date cake. Her favorite television shows were Little House on the Prairie, M*A*S*H, and The Golden Girls. She also liked collecting all sorts of angels and different pieces of colored glassware. Stephanie was always a hard worker and really loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, William, and her stepson, Zachariah Shaw – SPC US Army of Clintonville. There are seven siblings: Cherrie (Gene) Kelly of Hortonville, Les (Sandi) Korth of Texas, Karla (fiancé Junior) Eastman of Medina, Kyle (Casey) Korth of Arizona, Ron (Sal) Korth of Shiocton, Todd Korth of Shiocton, and Rhonda (Scott) Harris of Tigerton. She is further survived by her father-in-law, William (Jiechi) Shaw of Evergreen Park, IL; two sisters-in-law, Michele (James) Reynen of Ontonagon, MI, and Anna (Kris) Gaffney of Kankakee, IL; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Ardys; one brother, Brian Korth; and her mother-in-law, Grace Shaw-VanHorn.
Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 18th at 11:00 AM at Christus Lutheran Church, Clintonville. Rev. Brian Crocker will officiate and inurnment will follow at Union Cemetery, Hortonville. Visitation will be on Friday from 10:00 AM until time of service at the church.
