WAUPACA, WI – A Waupaca County man charged in relation to drug offenses was convicted this week. 22-year-old Matthew Delzer was convicted Wednesday on eight charges related to a series of drug offenses, including making marijuana vaping cartridges.
In court Wednesday, Delzer pleaded no contest to drug delivery, theft, bail jumping and other counts.
The incident dates back to October of 2019 when Clintonville police raided a home on 12th Street. Inside they discovered a marijuana growing operation as well as items for making vaping cartridges with THC.
The other suspect in the cartridge case, Brooke Schweitzer, was placed on probation for two years and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service.
