SEYMOUR, WI- OSHA is investigating the death of an employee of Performance Corp. Seymour Police Chief said they were dispatched to the location on North Mainline Drive on Mondy afternoon. A 65-year-old Green Bay man was deceased when they got there. It was reported that he died from an incident at the loading dock.
No other information was released. OSHA will have up to six months to finish the investigation. According to records, this is the fifth OSHA investigation at Performance Corp. since 2016.
