NEENAH, WI- A fire at a Neenah Foundry had crews on scene Tuesday morning. The fire started in the basement of the building and quickly spread to the fourth floor. Firefighters had to work on all levels. Fire Chief Kevin Kloehn says it was very hot in the basement and firefighters were “working on their bellies” there. Reports of thick, black smoke were reported by eyewitnesses. No injuries were initially reported.
